Agree that the message sent with Directors aquiring more shares is a positive one. The difference with Phil however is that it seems he has to be pushed to do it rather than be doing it off his own bat. Phil, a message for you: Make sure you read ALL the pages in the many books you are no doubt reading on "How to be a CEO? cause at the moment I think you have skipped a few chapters.
