You guys need to read tea leaves better.

Why would the price go up when a pending SPP raise is at 50c. Most will just buy them in that raise.

It's a self correcting mechanism to ensure it doesn't happen. All the insto's invited are already in. The others will have to buy on market on NYSE when that day comes.

That is to say, we will be in state of flux until path is cleared for SPP and then funds receipted for said SPP.

I truly believe that PEN will be the Uranium stock to hold in '17, and I'm looking very forward to it.
