These volumes are nothing at the moment. This will not rise substantially without volumes of around 50mill or more. That's when you know the big guys are stepping in. This "accumulation" period (as much as is possible with a junior miner) is just small potatoes.
However, this could well be getting set up for a northwards move very soon if momentum starts to pick up.

Here's a graph over the last few months for anyone interested, not that I'd particularly follow it considering the nature of this type of share but here's some pointers IMO if you do.
The SP needs to finish above that top bollinger band, volume increase substantially, the MACD has crossed over and is looking bullish however RSI is a bit high showing an overbought signal. Candlesticks are not showing too much on the positive side but could change in a flash.
