Not sure from a charting point of view ( Chart wont come up on my work internet )
But the break out must be above 10.5
We have been banging against this glass ceiling for some time now
We need one tangible announcement IMO to break this
Maybe Utopia 9 , or PEP , I dont really care, but once 10.5 breaks, I think we will see the volume improve, and associated benefits
