    With Chinese banks now being 'told' to tighten up lending policy I wonder if there are funding issues now?

    I suspect not as securing strategic resource projects is still in the Chinese national interest to get out from under the stranglehold of the big-4 Oligopoly and the interest tightening is targeted more toward domestic property...

    But thoughts anyway.
