Did anyone who took advantage of the opportunity to withdraw their offer get their shares yet so that they are able to sell?

It would be interesting to know how much of the recent activity has been these people heading for the exits after getting their shares back. However, if the shares haven't been returned yet, there must be a different explanation.

My main concern is with the Chinese Regulatory Approval. Why hasn't this been obtained yet, considering the offer was postponed twice. I don't quite understand the actual meaning of that clause, so I am not sure if the C R approval is contingent on something else happening in which case that might explain the reason the approval hasn't been obtained.
