Yes, they're lazy. It doesn't matter who employs you, you have the option to put the Super direct into your own SMSF. Obviously if you have your own SMSF and you can manage it yourself then you're more inclined to put whatever spare money you have into. Instead of that $5 coffee or the $10 hamburger each day it can be put into Super.

Yes, I'm sure they have the latest iPhone and then complain that they have to live on a Pension in old age.
Anybody can start off small, adding to it and then watch it compound over and over. The tax is minimal so theres no excuse.
Anybody who complains about Super only have themselves to blame.
