    yes, I think so too, the prospects of SSN are not well known at the moment...but heres some recent press coverage re their oil shale...

    PURE SPECULATION: Robin Bromby | July 07, 2008

    `IF you haven't heard of the Bakken shale formation, then it's time to get a handle on the story. The US Geological Survey recently termed it the largest continuous oil accumulation it had ever assessed.

    This is not just a matter of academic interest to us, because two Australian-listed juniors are right in the middle of the action. Both Samson Oil & Gas (SSN) and Sundance Energy (SEA) not only have acreage there but are about to drill.'

    AND Harbinger has an 11% holding, heres some recent coverage of that;

    `Harbinger has made a fortune out of Fortescue and continues to hold a 16% interest. Poseidon said the fund manager's "close relationship" with Mr Forrest was the "key element" in securing the agreement.
    Harbinger is also in the thick of the iron ore shoot-out in Western Australia's Mid-west, owning 19% of Murchison and 9% of Midwest, the latter stake being subject to a Takeovers Panel order for a partial sale if Foreign Investment Review Board approval is not received by July 11.

    Harbinger also owns 17% of ASX-listed Po ValleyEnergy, 11% of Samson Oil & Gas and 19.9% of Moly Mines.'
