re: fortescue financing deal looms Sounds v complex, as Twiggy is trying to maintain max equity, but have adequate finance, and make it tax effective.
The infrastructure is proposed to be floated off separately..........so it is quite a balancing act. No doubt he wants to avoid dealing with the Chinese who have a habit of pulling the rug - Noble are far more reputable.
Indications are that the market likes it, but as usual we shall have to wait to see the detail.
