    If it looks like a duck and Quacks like a duck....etc They probably have some sophys or the like lining up to take some QFX at an attractive discount and will probably offer the same deal to us. It may be underwritten by the capital company? Just having a stab in the dark though. I bought in at 10 cps so may be a chance to average down.
