    As a non techie I am in a state of confusion by posts in respect of the last A2 update.

    On one hand:

    The delay is bad and the company will run out of money quickly.

    and on the other hand:

    the new approach (non-isolated flow testing) will expedite the process, save money and increase the value proposition of NWE more promptly.

    Any elaborations on my simple viewss of the posts?
