OK great Potts. NWE is going announce project financing for the horizontal well.
I'll pick some up after the 50% rise in the SP from 2c to 3c without taking any of the risk until they get to that point.
Hell, I'll even give you a 100% rise from the current SP of 2.5 cents to 5 cents and I'll still be ahead with opportunity cost and certainty IF that is in fact what they announce.
But you don't know that they can obtain project finance. They might want it, but can they get it?
