You write like you are an officer of the company or very closely associated with PM. Are you but an independent retail shareholder?
I don't think consistent dilution at < $0.05 is something that PM should be proud of despite the seeming value of the resource Vs NWE's mkt cap. One of PM's jobs is to keep the share price at an acceptable level as a representative of all CURRENT shareholders.
