There is still NWE operation expenses that are whittling away each and every CP raising and until they pull something out of the ground and get some $$$ for actually what has been pulled out.. then the Hands are still in the till so to speak..

ANY delay costs the company dearly..and if it costs the company then it is costing the shareholder's.

At this stage, there is no shareholder value being reflected in the cash raised so far.. there is a "Prospect" of this turning round.. If and when they handle this right.
While NWE are in bed with some of the best you can be..
Still needs to be money at the table to be at the party..
