yes, this is a welcome surprise - a 10% buyback of both ords and prefs. this is the way to create real wealth but it requires cash to be put down and they are doing it.
l am confident that with control of SAQ they will turn things around. they are keeping the offer open until figures for recent attendances can be released and if it is disapointing then acceptances will flood in. they are wise not to increase the offer price but only want control so they can fix things up.
