Its a guess yes but i still think its Si Yi.
The thing is it seems they have gone to the trouble of keeping it quiet so to give no indication on china.
And even when the top 20 comes out if they want to keep it quiet it wouldnt be hard for them to split it into seperate entities so it wouldnt appear.
MY guess is that there when china approval is given there will be a joining statement that SiYi has taken a 5% stake in SBN.
Just a guess though
