Hi Guys,the .022c gap has been well and truly filled.Since early June the Fib Line .386 at .021c has held even though the market has deteriorated since this time.This is positive for the SP.Volume remains subdued and as a result no action in the SP.Market depth indicates support at the .021 and .022c level in line with Fib level so I am anticipating this level in the SP to hold bar any negative change in the fundamentals of JRV.
Fundamentally JRV has yet to announce a positive conclusion to the formal agreement with its chinese consortium,so this remains a stumbling block,hence the low volume and stagnation in the SP IMHO.
Personally I hold options obtained at .01c so am confidant maintaining this parcel at this point in time,however should the .021c level not hold then I will reconsider.I believe that on a Fundamental basis JRV has more to offer its Chinese interests than just the Young Venture,this may be what swings a concrete agreement for JRV.
