When I last checked, copper isn't the only commodity they have. Since they were $32 and copper was $4 look at Nickel and Zinc. BHP's zinc mine in QLD is the largest in Australia and produces more zinc than ZFX. BHP is the world's third largest Nickel producer.
Copper can well and truly stay where is it for BHP to absolutely smash its previous record profit. Combine this with an increased iron ore deal in Feb and the shares look like a goldmine at $25.
When I last checked, copper isn't the only commodity they have....
