No one here seems to be interested in this stock, have held since $1, good CA today, on track for profit, expect to exceed last yr. Plenty of apartment work in WA both suburban and NW.
I guess it would be a bit risky for strict FA'ers, think there's lots of debt, but just make the assumption that is the nature of builder/developers. Am not holding forever, just a bit of diversification in the p/f. (They build nice apartments, too!)
