Yes, i admit it was contradictory. Not many people in hc willing to admit their mistake.
With cfda the initial expectation was 3 months from nov17, which brings it to feb18 which has gone past. So lets give it another month especially due to cny holiday. By the end of March, cfda has to be granted. If not then its best for everyone to reasses their loyalty to wha.
