Sadly I cannot find any quantitative figures to support a positive view. In the current financial environment the bottom line is the cash flow. It all depends on copper price, and whether the current price is caused by a scam is immaterial. If it behaves like other metals (eg zinc) that have run into surplus then it could remain low.
Even the current share price could not be justified under that circumstance.
