Fish, you may be referring to my earlier post, however, I was quoting Patersons, who spoke of how much *economic* gold there is likely to be: 1.8m ounces- at least. Here is my post again- for your reference:

This is what Patersons had to say on 2 April, 2012:
"...we note that there is likely to be at least 1.8Moz of economic material on our estimates."
1.8m ounces that is economic. This is what the market is working off, imo. It's a lot of gold, for sure, and AMX has potential to find more, but the market needs to know projects are economic, and now there is a figure to put the share price in context. ________________________
So, perhaps >1.8moz economic, perhaps <1.3m not economic, according to Patersons. If that report is incorrect, then management need to take it up with Pato's. If it is correct- and I did find it on the AMX website- then I presume you and the rest of the market have read it, so no surprises there.
As I've also said, if the market is judging AMX to harshly, then it will be picked up and take off like a rocket. At the moment, it is what it is.
