    I guess you need to ask yourself why they paid a premium. Goldfields have 10% of the company and 50% of Gruyere. If someone else (say Sumitomo) wanted to takeover GOR they cannot given 10% is a blocking stake.

    So there is little prospect of a bidding war for now and traders aren't going to bid up the price 27%.

    Still some risk that Gruyere doesn't live up to expectation (although I think it has less risk than most developing projects).
