and this report is three years old ... simulators have come on in leaps and bounds even in that timeframe ... medical malpractice/error costs rising, training of surgeons falling behind ....

ive no doubt PBI will grow its share price this year, but im even more confident that eventually there story will be a compelling one that is taken up by the media, thus forcing governments to spend more money on developing training centres.
