In my opinion in doing a full and proper valuation of Atlas I would expect that an independent expect valuer would look at all the functions, assets (both tangible and intangible) and risks of Atlas and be able to provide a comprehensive independent valuation including the use of any internal and external comparables where appropriate and available within Atlas itself and externally. Because we are all independent shareholders I would expect given that I am a shareholder and part owner of the company that any valuation would be in accordance with the arms length principle. DYOR
