They got kicked the other day by the ASX for a presentation slide mismatch with data and subsequently had to issue the JORC notice. I guess they don't want a repeat which is a good thing IMO.
"In response to an ASX query, the Company wishes to clarify its JORC Code resource position as summarised in slides 5 and 25 of the presentation at the Africa Downunder Conference (released to the ASX on 4 September).
For clarity the detail Tables and Summaries from the March 2009 Quarterly Activities Reports are copied here to explain the data in the presentation..... "
