Company is confident of raising capital through a convertible note arrangement with foreign investors.
25 Million up front followed by another 25 million at the end of 2 years. Notes convert at 10 cents per share.
Could be announced anytime.
Imo Share Price should head to 10 cents on that basis alone.
Money to be used to further Rincan Salar and other projects plus an on m,arket buy back of approx 66 million shares.
Looking sensational atm!
