The efficient market hypothesis only holds true in the long-term. Until then, it's at the mercy of traders and insider knowledge. I learnt long ago not to buy on the expectation that a good report will lift the SP after its released. Normally everyone knows that it will be good beforehand and, if anything, there are profit takers and the SP dips.
I'm not sure what will get this stock flying. It was only going to be worth 30c anytime soon if they didn't need to dilute all those times IMO. Maybe time will help it drift slowly higher.
