Surely the chance of resolution is very good. However will it be favourable.

The amounts each were sueing for weren't chump change. So if we in the wrong the settlement could be significant. However i think it would be more of a heres a bit piss off nature.

Although i reckon D&C may push for a 50/50 operation vs. its current contested ratio.

Although would like to see any resolution meet with a contribution from the russian for a replacement 2nd trache to get the Peru business moving again

As for the coal. Deal looks like its possible but a stack of uncertaintity in relation to gov approvals.

Risks right now:
1. Costly outcome from D&C
2. delayed or no resolution to coal mining licences

Due to potential cash payout on resolution i think its fair were we are vs. cash backing
