    Hey Guys,

    I'm new on the ESQ thread. I got tipped this one last night by a mate of mine who is an analyst at Lazard. His company have been looking very closely at a takeover offer, but decided the risk was too high at this stage with unproven reserves.

    You can safely bet your left nut that once they prove up the reserves, the predators with move in.

    The ESQ story sounds very promising and I intend to buy on monday!
