Multiple reits so far have reported positive revaluations across their australian portfolio, averaging around 1-2% increase.
For the second largest AReit (correct me if im wrong) GPT posted a 3%+ revaluation for the 1/2.
NOTE: WDC posted positive revals for its aus portfoio but was negative overall.
I am expecting a return to profit from VPG, and a smaller yet still positive revaluation of around 0.5%.
The GPT results I believe reflect the positive sentiment also seen by the line wipers at 9.3c this afternoon.
Couple more days till we see. =]
