good time to buy back in? I sold out of this stock at $2.84 but...

good time to buy back in? I sold out of this stock at $2.84 but bought back in at $2.40 as thought it is time to buy back into this stock. Main reasons from my side is:

- Earnings from Eastern creek will continue to improve
- GRD is short listed for the $2bn revenue Wakefield Waste Management Project in the UK.
- GRD expects an increase in gold production from Ocenia in the second half as higher grade ore is mined.
- Positioned well for China market with GRD having signed an MOU to form a joint company in China to process residential waste.
- Analysts continue to remain bullish on this stock as following their assessment of results I have seen no major changes in the buy recommendations on this stock (yet the stock has dropped some 20% in share price).
