    Pras, that is a very well reasoned post from someone that is a holder for some period of time.Big TU. Cash is what most of these coys need and the terms to get them are usually at times of SP lows. A lot of what has been factored into the SP of DML has been uncertainty. This becomes clearer now if this gains approval and traction.
