The last 6 months will show increase in EBITDA of 0.78 million

This consists of 0.36 Million for Delvex acquisition (725,000 for full year) and

0.42 Million due to various upgrades.

Projections if nothing happens (ie. no more acquisitions)

EBITDA for 2007 = 5.58 Million Dollars

Add in for Grime acquisition = 0.45 Million

Additional Upgrades as per last year = 0.42 Million

Minimum EBITDA expected = 6.45 Million


My personal feeling is that EBITDA for this year will be at least

4.35 *1.15 = $5.0025 Million

As the ASIC requirement says that any variations beyond 15% must be reported
