i just read that OEL off shore costs are $15 per barrel. This is off shore production where costs are greater than the onshore field oex has. OEX costs would be well under this as oilyman has stated imo. OEX would be a stand out for low cost production. I also dont believe oex will need much money at all to crank this up from now on. The majority of the costs associated with Oman and Indonesia has been spent. That program commitment has been spent and the company has said costs are dropping. People talking big numbers are wrong imo.dyor.
