I don't blame management, I think they are doing a great job. I think the company in general is much stronger now than it was 12 months or even 2 years ago. Balamara now has an identity, where as before, we just had bits of stuff here and there and we didn't really know what direction the company is going in. The consolidation and acquisitions and continued successes over the past 12 months seem to have really strengthened the potential for Balamara, and I'm confident it will reward those who have patience and believe in the direction we are heading.
