I wonder if they might take advantage of good results and slip in the new share issue? Resolution 6 of the AGM:
"The Company is seeking shareholder approval to issue up to 50,000,000 new DIA Shares to fund the FDA registration strategy for ISF402 so that the Phase 2 trial can be conducted as part of an IND (Investigational New Drug) registration, the ongoing development of Dia-B Tech’s other suite of products and other working capital commitments.
The placement price of the new DIA Shares will be not less than a 20 percent discount the 5 days Volume Weighted Average Price of the existing DIA Shares for the 5 days on which trades occur prior to the issue."
50 million would take the number of shares from about 144 million to about 194 million. The placement must be within 3 months of the AGM.
Is big pharma still sniffing around? Does anyone know if DIA has been discussing deals?
