Yeh I agree that there probably wont be a great deal of movement on the share price, if anything it is slightly above its intrinsic value and may therefore move down.
But with it's guaranteed income and consistent dividend stream its a good low risk investment.
The majority of properties still have 7 years left on the leases with guarranteed rental increases each year (I believe)
