    Unfortunately,despite,fine progress,and projections,by TGS,any perceived(real,or not)tax grab changes in the DRC actions,act as a handbreak on the S.P. It as not perceived as a top 40 destination re. sovereign risk. S.P will have to hold off a high 40,s rise in the near term.
