M B Holdings hold 12,121,061 shares (13.04% of UCL)
Drummond has made another fool of himself at the expense of his shareholders.
I hold both UCL and MAK but as stated before, i personally believe the Sandpiper project has far better prospects than Wonarah for the next decade as Sandpiper is definately a goer whereas Wonarah still has no joint venture agreement and considering the ongoing delays from NMDC it now appears very doubtfull that there will be one on Drummonds terms?
You only have to look at his track record and the disgraceful way he has handled the UCL attempted takeover to realise he is out of his depth in these negotiations!!!
