    STT will hold about A$17m worth of the new combined entity Defiance Mining, when their SBM shares are swapped...and their Midas PLC shares will be swapped for approx $9m...so all up if Defiance trades up to expectations STT will hold about 26m worth of shares.
    So STT may well prove to be undervalued right now...esp if gold closes over $355 an oz any time soon.
