re:loads of diamonds ahead I wonder if AGF lodged an Appeal against recent court decision in favour of NAD, as the time limit to lodge an appeal with the court has now lapsed........If not, I think the company may now start to move ahead in leaps and bounds as they will not have to worry that they may have been liable to AGF for millions of dollars if the recent court decision went against them.
