I had a good run with INA some 12 months ago and managed to sell when it got bogged down in the low 50's - and it has slid backwards since. In INA's case I think the large placements to support the acquisition program just caught up and in the end there is was no traction to EPS growth and dividends. The growth story was not reflected in the profit statement.
Will EGH hit the same sort of problems? I realise the models of the 2 companies are somewhat different in that INA sell their retirement products, whereas EGH rent them...
I assume EGH will need to make further acquisitions to grow..... will this be from cash flow or debt... or will there be a continuing run of share placements to continue the growth?
Can anyone add to the differentiation here? Can EGH kick on?
