30c puts it on a normalised PE for FY15 (fully diluted) of just 13, so yes I agree its conservative. My 35c figure comes from applying a PE of 15, which could also be considered conservative. Even at a 20% discount to listed peers you get a share price closer to 45c than 35c, but I think PE 13-17 is reasonable.
