That's a circular argument: you might just as well say it's rising because it's rising. The real Achilles' Heel of Admiralty is its huge number of shares: it makes it so easy for traders to manipulate it/short it/whatever. The light at the end of the tunnel, assuming it's not an oncoming train, is that the share consolidation due in a month or so will make manipulation much more difficult. If you read posts in other compaies, you'll see that games are being played in most companies with a large number of shares on issue.
