A lack of sellers is a good sign - especially with this ratio. Always need to be a bit careful as brokers can sell into the buy or buy into the sell and you cant always see their bids listed.
Demand exceeds supply
UPD is tightly held > 80% by top 20 shareholders = a good sign if you hold it, but harder to buy as less people selling.
