    How about we discuss the offtake agreement? Haven't heard any discussion on that yet.

    By my calculations we should be due for that announcement any day now.

    The JV announcement stated:

    "The Tranche 2 (Timeone)investment is conditional upon execution of a conditional commercially sensitive off-take
    agreement within 2 months of the date of signing the term sheet."

    The announcement was dated August 4th.
