* CITIC Pacific (0267.HK: Quote, Profile, Research), its parent and its chairman, Larry
Yung, bought a total 18.2 million CITIC Pacific shares on the
market worth HK$669 million last Thursday and Friday. Taking advantage of the recent reversal in the stock market,
CITIC Pacific bought back 5.7 million shares, the company said in
a statement late on Friday. Its parent company and chairman Larry
Yung also bought a total of 12.5 million CITIC Pacific shares at
average prices of between HK$35.942 and HK$37.06 per share.
