Not sure how you come up with the conclusion that the Torrens project will be delayed because he recently bought shares.
ARE/SRL have announced to the market that Torrens was to be drilled this year - that's transparent, (not sensitive as the market has been informed accordingly).
However, we all know that Torrens is now delayed, what with today being the 23rd of Dec.
