Jim is looking to take more costs out of the business and there is a need to do a full review of the strategy and cost structure of the MAH and Ross wasn't prepared to hang around to drive this. I agree that Jim Walker is v. important to this business at the moment as it looks to improve profitability by right-sizing the company during this difficult time.
The CC reorg. is speculation but Downer, MAH and FMG are all reducing headcount associated with this project and analysts see a risk in future restructure of the contractor model.
The Mongolian assets are part of the syndicated facility agreements with the banks and if there is a recovery from Mongolia then part of that money will flow back to the banks in a proportional manner.
